the drawback of efficiency in the workplace

If you work swiftly, your superior is gonna be a real happy person.

Your superior would (naturally) delegate more work to you.

But that's likely to make you one severely overworked person.

So, how efficient should you be to avoid burning out?


A big chunk of a pay increment would be nice, though. :D
